Do not transfer money or accept financial commitments solely because of a listing or private conversation. Serious transactions require appropriate legal, financial, and tax review.

Before moving forward, define roles, contributions, ownership, payments, percentages, deadlines, confidentiality, and the way either side may withdraw.
