It is for individuals, unemployed people, professionals, creators, businesses, investors, sponsors, clubs, associations, organisations and communities. Capital is not required; a contribution can be work, experience, know-how, equipment, space or a network. Accounts are for people aged 18 or over.

During the pilot, basic account creation and core use are free. If optional subscriptions, added visibility or other paid services are introduced, their price and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase.

Yes. You can contribute skills, experience, time, know-how, equipment, contacts or a well-defined idea and seek collaboration. StreetUpper is not an employment-placement service and does not promise income; it helps you explain clearly what you can offer and what you need.

Sign in, complete your profile and select “New opportunity”. Explain what already exists, the goal, what you need and what you offer in return. It appears on the wall only after the required review.

Legal, clear proposals for collaboration, business development, use of skills or resources, sponsorship and collective initiatives are allowed. Illegal activity, fraud, pyramid schemes, guaranteed profits, unlicensed financial services, exploitation, dating, hate, threats and third-party personal data are prohibited.

Yes, for clarity, completeness and compliance with the rules. Review is not certification that every claim is true and does not guarantee the creator or the proposal. Every interested person must carry out their own checks.

No. You may use a protected StreetUpper public identity. Your legal name, email and contact details are not displayed publicly. Where verification is required, the platform may review information without publishing it.

After interest is accepted, the initial chat is used only to explore the proposal. Phone numbers, emails, social handles, external links, and payment details are not allowed. A Deal Room opens only after both parties confirm separately that they want to proceed; the initial chat then becomes read-only. External professional checks or signing follow only after the agreement is properly recorded in the Deal Room.

Yes. An opportunity can attract several interested people, supporters or possible collaborators. An “I support this” reaction creates no financial or contractual obligation. The creator decides whom to speak with and which collaboration to consider.

Yes. Every approved opportunity has a safe public preview for sharing, including on Facebook. Only approved information and an image, when available, are shown; the member’s identity and contact details remain protected.

No. StreetUpper facilitates opportunity discovery and communication. It does not invest, lend, guarantee returns or agreements, or replace legal, accounting or financial advice. Independent legal and financial checks are necessary before any commitment.

Use “Report” on the post or comment and explain what happened. Do not send money or share documents, passwords or banking details. For immediate danger or suspected crime, also contact the relevant authorities.

The creator marks it “Covered” so it stops receiving new interest. It remains on the opportunity wall for 30 days with a clear label, then stays in the profile history. The status is the creator’s declaration and does not itself prove that an agreement was signed or performed.
