Good publishing

A clear post starts before you type.

A two-minute guide to publishing an opportunity or idea that other members can understand and evaluate.

Practical guide · Pilot edition

1. Decide what you actually want

Before opening the form, write one sentence for what you have, one for the result you want, and one for the person or contribution you need.

2. Complete the minimum profile

A publication needs a real responsible person behind it. Complete your account type, location, short bio, what you offer and what you seek. Organisation accounts must identify an authorised representative.

3. Choose the category and filters carefully

The category, place, working model, stage and commitment help the right people find you. Do not use a popular category simply to gain visibility.

4. Write specific, understandable information

Use a direct title and short paragraphs. Separate what already exists, the intended result, the contribution needed and the exchange offered. Ask only relevant, answerable questions.

5. Publish only what you may legitimately present

Describe only resources, property, rights, services or organisations that belong to you or that you are authorised to represent. State what can be checked, but never publish private evidence or account details.

6. Treat publication as a commitment

Correct spelling or clarity when needed. A change to the purpose, roles, exchange, amounts, location or core terms creates a substantial new version, is recorded in history and returns to review. Core terms cannot change during an active Deal Room.
